According to data arising from Randstad's internal surveys, ChatGPT is the most used generative AI application and more and more candidates actively searching for work indicate that they are already using generative artificial intelligence for text creation.
In this context, new platforms and applications emerge every day that use AI to facilitate different parts of the job search process that can be used to optimize the CV; compare it with others that have good performance; write cover letters and follow-up emails with good grammar and style; put together a list of typical questions for a position; carry out a mock interview where the tool acts as our interviewer, giving us feedback and suggesting improvements for our performance; among many other possibilities.

Randstad presented a list of 10 tools that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and that can help in the job search.

It is very useful in giving you concrete examples to inspire you and take as a model. It also has the peculiarity of generating resignation letters.

Vmock.com - This is a platform that uses AI algorithms to provide candidates with a very complete set of tools, from comparing the resume with more than 100 critical parameters and giving you specific and personalized guidance to improve it, to optimization of your professional profile on LinkedIn to align it with your interests, through an intelligent wall of open searches in line with your skills, training and interests.
6. Cover Letter Copilot - If you have to prepare a cover letter in English and are looking for a tool specialized in cover letters, Cover Letter Copilot uses the same artificial intelligence as Chat GPT-4, and allows you to put together a cover letter in seconds. presentation by uploading your CV and the description of the position for which you want to apply.
